Blake O’Donnell
Blake O’Donnell has established a robust legal career, marked by significant academic achievements and diverse professional experiences. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (International) with First Class Honours from University College Dublin (2005), an LLM from the University of Minnesota (2006), and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge (2007).
Professionally, Blake is dual-qualified as a solicitor in the UK and Ireland, with extensive experience in large commercial transactions. His career includes roles at leading Irish corporate law firms, serving as General Counsel for a private equity firm managing assets over £1.6 billion, and founding his own law firm, Solvere Solicitors, in 2016. He has practised law at A&L Goodbody, Spencer West LLP and Punter Southall Law LLP.
Blake is an expert in banking, digital assets and distributed ledger technology positions him as a trusted advisor and thought leader in these rapidly evolving fields. His involvement spans structuring complex financings, advising on regulatory compliance in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape, and providing strategic counsel to clients ranging from investment funds to high-net-worth individuals.
